Prism Marketing Group Executive Team

Patrick grew up in Denver, Colorado and was delivered to California by the United States Marine Corp in 1984 where he was honorably discharged in 1987. Working full-time and attending college at night, the owner of his employment offered and sold him the business that he ran successfully for 12 years before becoming the founding partner of Prism Marketing Group in 2000. He has since spent over a decade developing, marketing and selling commercial roofing products for successful manufacturers.

Patrick is profoundly driven to his profession, business and family. He is committed to his business partner Oscar Sepulveda, his employees, and clients while providing a healthy environment for his wife and two children. He enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, water skiing and watching his kids sport activities.

Oscar was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Oscar began working part-time for a roofing materials distributor as a senior in high school. This school co-op program provided him with drafting and customer service experience as he continued to work throughout his collegiate studies.

In 1988, Oscar was eager to change environments and therefore moved to Southern California. After working for a local roofing distributor for only a year, he accepted a position with Sarnafil, Inc. He spent the next 13 years with Sarnafil in various roles and eventually became one of the leading sales representatives for the company. In 2002, Oscar joined Prism Marketing Group as a partner.

Oscar has a beautiful wife named Lisa and has two boys (Alexander & Ethan) and one daughter (Remi). When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jayson Hewitt joined Prism Marketing Group on April 1, 2016 as a member of the Executive Sales Team. He specializes in our line of commercial and industrial roofing products serving the architectural community, building owners, designers, distributors and contractors.

For nine years Jayson was a Technical Sales Representative with Sika Sarnafil, and he is continuing on with Sika Corporation as a Manufacturer’s Representative in Southern California. Prior to being in the building products industry, Jayson was in the financial services industry after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Studio Art.

Jayson lives in Mission Viejo with his wife, Megan, and their golden retriever, Taylor. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and aims high to live life to the fullest.
